The table below outlines services available from New Frontier Technologies. Fully managed customers receive all these services for a single, flat rate per device. Clients under a basic service agreement receive some of these services and can pay additional fees for others as needed.

Managed Services:

NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES monitors your Windows devices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for dozens of performance related parameters. Any detected issues will alert our technicians often allowing us to fix problems before you're even aware of them.
NFT will monitor your Windows and Linux servers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for dozens of performance related parameters. We fully support manufacturer supplied systems management tools from Dell, HP, IBM, and Lenovo. Any detected issues will alert our support engineers.
 NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES can generate reports showing you the number of installed software licenses to make it easier to insure you are in compliance. This service can also help you detect pirated or unapproved software installed by employees.
NFT will monitor your software vendors for information regarding bugfixes and security updates.* After testing updates in our lab, we deploy them to your workstations and servers and then verify the success of all deployments. We also monitor for new security vulnerabilities and will take steps to work around newly discovered vulnerabilities to help protect you until the software vendor issues a fix.

 NFT monitors both internal disk diagnostic systems and manufacturer supplied tools to help anticipate hard disk failures before they happen.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will monitor your software vendors for information regarding bugfixes and security updates. After testing these updates in our lab, we silently deploy them to your workstations and servers, and then verify the success of all deployments. We also monitor for new security vulnerabilities and work around newly discovered vulnerabilities to help protect you until the software vendor issues a fix.
 Thanks to remote access technology, NFT is able to solve many computer problems without having to dispatch a technician to your location. This enables us to more rapidly resolve your computer issues and get you back to work.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES ensures all covered workstations and servers are running current anti-spyware software. We monitor and update currently installed products, or if you’ve elected not to purchase our Security Suite, we will install a no-cost “freeware” product. NF Tech also monitors and initiates periodic scans to ensure that spyware is detected and removed.
 Most service providers require that clients leave PCs active all night to perform regular maintenance and testing. NFT takes advantage of energy saving technologies like Wake On LAN and V-Pro so you can turn your PCs off at the end of the day and we power them on only long enough to run scans and do maintenance.
 NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will set up and manage all user accounts. This includes disabling accounts in the event of employee termination. New user setup requires two business days notice.
NFT maintains, and can provide, a detailed inventory of managed equipment on your network to help you better plan upgrades and replacement cycles.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will manage and monitor any network-enabled printer. We maintain relationships with printer specialists in the event that you require printer hardware maintenance or troubleshooting.
NFT will manage and monitor your firewalls including setup, configuration, and policy. We currently support Cisco, Juniper, Netgear, Sonicwall and Watchguard firewall devices.
Almost every component or network enabled device runs internal software called firmware. Manufacturers periodically issue updates to fix flaws or improve performance. NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will track firmware updates for your devices and install them if they'll be beneficial.
NFT will monitor critical network services to ensure they are running at all times. (Note -- As defined by a service agreement).
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES monitors your systems event logs for all Warnings and Errors. This alerts our support engineers to any issues and allow us to address problems.
NFT monitors your backup solution to ensure your backups are complete according to your established schedule and without error.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will conduct a detailed initial survey to generate an “as built” network map. We also provide documentation outlining the IP address allocation of your network and keep these documents updated.
NFT will assist you in determining your company’s Computer Use Policies and implement the technical controls to keep your system safe and your users productive.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will periodically test your backups to ensure they are functional and reliable.
NFT will meet with you once a year to be sure you’re using your IT to its fullest and to share new innovations that may make your life easier.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will be your representative with your software, hardware, copier, phone system, and internet service providers.
If your business your business currently has security or incident response polices NFT will work with you on an annual basis to review and recommend changes. If you currently have no policies, we can help you develop those at the discounted project management rate.
If your business has a disaster recovery plan, NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will work with you on an annual basis to review and recommend changes. If you don't have one, you can use our project management services (for an additional fee) to help develop and implement a plan.
NFT will conduct an annual internal and external network vulnerability assessment and develop a remediation plan to address any deficiencies found.
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will conduct an annual Information Security Audit to verify that your Information Security policies are being followed and implemented as designed.
NFT guarantees we will begin work to resolve your reported issue within a defined number of business hours from your initial report via email or phone. If we don't meet our response time commitment, you may be eligible to receive a credit on your next service bill.
All customers with a service agreement receive a discount on our standard service rates.
