NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will monitor your Windows and Linux servers for system health and performance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We monitor dozens of performance related parameters on each system. We fully support manufacturer supplied systems management tools from Dell, HP, IBM, and Lenovo. Any detected issues will alert our support engineers.
Software License Reporting
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will generate reports that show you the numbers of installed software licenses, to make it easier to insure that you are in compliance. This service can also help you detect pirated or unapproved software installed by employees.
Security Patch Management
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will monitor your software vendors for information regarding bugfixes and Microsoft security updates.* After testing these updates in our lab, we silently deploy them to your workstations and servers, and then verify the success of all deployments. Disk Usage and Health Monitoring
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES monitors both internal disk diagnostic systems and manufacturer supplied tools to help identify hard disk failures before they happen.

ENHANCED MONITORING (includes all Basic Monitoring Services)
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES ensures all covered workstations and servers are running up-to-date anti-spyware software. We will monitor and update any currently installed product, or if none is installed and you’ve elected to not purchase our Trend Micro Security Suite, we will install a no-cost “freeware” product like Spybot. NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES monitors and initiates periodic scans to ensure that spyware is detected and removed.
Green Power Management
Most service providers require that clients leave their PCs on and active all night to perform their regular maintenance and testing. NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES is able to take advantage of two energy saving technologies (Wake On LAN and V-Pro) to enable you to turn your PCs off at the end of your work day while we power the machines on only long enough to run our scans and maintenance.
Remote Control for Support
Thanks to remote access technology, NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES is able to solve many computer problems without having to dispatch a support engineer to your location. This enables us to more rapidly resolve your computer issues and gets you back to your business.
User Account Management
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will setup and manage all user accounts. This includes disabling accounts in the event of employee termination. New user setup requires one business day advance notice.

If your business currently has a disaster recovery plan we will work with you on an annual basis to review and recommend changes. We can help you develop a plan at the discounted project management rate if you current have none.
Annual Vulnerability Assessment
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will conduct a quarterly internal and external network vulnerability assessment and develop a remediation plan to address any deficiencies found.
Annual Security Audit
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES will conduct an annual Information Security Audit to validate that your Information Security policies are being followed and implemented as designed.
Discounted Hourly Support
All customers under a service plan will receive a 20% discount from our standard services rate.
Unlimited Business Hours Support
Customers under an Enhanced Service Plan receive unlimited phone and onsite support during normal business hours. Normal Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding certain holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve). After hours and holiday service are available at the discounted “support” rates.
Response Time Guarantee
NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES guarantees that we will begin work to resolve your reported issue within a defined number of business hours from your initial contact to report the issue via email or telephone. If NEW FRONTIER TECHNOLOGIES fails to meet its response time obligation, you may be eligible to receive the service performed at no charge or to receive a credit on your next service bill.
